Cinco Ranch runs a median household income of $157,395, well above the wider Katy service area's $95,273, and it shows in the doors we get called out to work on - more insulated steel doors, more belt-drive openers with battery backup, fewer bare single-layer panels. That doesn't change our pricing, but it does change what's already on the door when we show up, which matters for a repair quote. A spring swap on a newer, better-built door with the original hardware still intact is usually a cleaner job than the same repair on an older door that's been patched twice. We don't post a flat rate here because the job depends on what's actually wrong and what's on the door, and quoting blind before we've looked at it does nobody any favors.
